1) buy them in the bag,
2)after a few days when they get good and ripe, mash them with plenty of Lime juice (in the bottle) and a pinch of salt.
4)Scoop them out on a tray with a cookie dough scoop (2 TBSP) and freeze.
5)Store in a ziploc bag and thaw as needed. Toast, Tex-Mex, dip, sandwiches, salads.
