1 head of cauliflower
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded aged (tasty) cheddar
1 cup of sour cream
7 oz of rindless bacon
1/2 of an onion
1 tablespoon Italian herbs
2 teaspoon of garlic powder
How To Make Keto Cauliflower Bake

Break the cauliflower up into florets and blanch for 5 minutes (boil then quickly run under cold water) and drain
Add the cauliflower to a small baking dish
Add the sour cream and coat the cauliflower with it evenly
Add 3 cups of the mozzarella mix well
Cut the bacon rashers into strips and add on top
Add the onion
Add the Italian herbs
Add the garlic powder
Add the rest of the mozzarella
Add the grated cheddar
Put in the oven at 350 deg (180 Celsius) for 25 minutes
Remove and serve.
