Ingredients

Peanut butter base

2 C organic PB fit powder

28 oz organic peanut butter

1/2 stick organic butter

1/2 C Swerve granulated sweetener or Monkfruit sweetener

4 oz organic cream cheese

1 1/2 T organic pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients above with a mixer or Kitchen Aid

Line bar pan with parchment paper

Place mixture on parchment paper and roll or pack down firmly.

Chocolate top

1 bag Lily’s dark chocolate morsels (sugar-free, sweetened with Stevia)

2 T organic virgin coconut oil

1 T organic MCT oil

In a double boiler (I use a glass mixing bowl in a pan of water about 1-1 1/2 inches deep), put all

the ingredients for the chocolate top and melt on medium heat. Once it’s all melted and mixed

together, pour on top of peanut butter mixture and spread chocolate evenly.

Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
