Ingredients
- Sugar-Free Brownie Mix
- 6 oz Plain no fat Greek Yogurt
- 30 Tablespoons Fat-Free Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 2 boxes 15 ct phyllo mini shells
- Green Food Coloring
- 15 Andes Creme De Menthe Candy
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix brownie mix with Greek yogurt until well blended.
- Stir in peppermint extract. The batter will be thick.
- Spoon a tablespoon of brownie mix into the phyllo shells
- Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool.
- Mix the food coloring with the cool whip to make it green. After the brownie bites are cooled, spoon a tablespoon of cool whip on top of the brownie.
- Add half an Andes Mint on top.
- Bite and Enjoy!
Notes
Food coloring is totally optional. You can skip the Andes Mints and lower your point values. Before you enjoy this delicious two-bite dessert be sure to calculate your points for accuracy.
