Ingredients

  • 5 Scan Bran (5 Syns If Not Using As A Healthy B Choice)
  • 2 Belgium Chocolate Options (2 Syns)
  • 4 tbsp Sweetener (2 Syns)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 26 g Curly Wurly (6 Syns)

Instructions

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 180c.
    2. Mix scan bran with a little boiling water to soften. In another bowl whisk together the chocolate options, sweetener, eggs and curly wurly.
    3. Add the scan bran and mix well. Pour the mixture into muffin cases or cake tin that’s been sprayed with frylight.
    4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

    15 syns for the whole mixture, if not using a healthy B choice.
