Before I start this recipe, I’m going to tell you now that as far as I’m concerned, nothing beats a Hob Nob! Unfortunately, for those of us who aren’t gifted with speedy metabolisms and self control, hobnobs can prove a tiny bit problematic.

Ingredients

  • 70g Porridge Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 15g Sweetener
  • 1tbsp Quark
  • 2tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper, and spray with Fry Light.
  3. Using a table spoon, spoon the mixture onto the baking tray and pat it down a little leaving enough room on either side to allow it to spread out a little.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges have started to crisp up a little bit.
