WEIGHT WATCHERS FRIENDLY BREAD BOWL USING 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH – 3 SP

I am IN LOVE with Panera’s bread bowls, but they’re like 28934723 points, so I have been on the hunt for a lower point alternative that doesn’t taste like crap. Finally found it! These bread bowls are PERFECT for soups or dips!!

This is not JUST 2 ingredient dough. We added a few extra ingredients. The dough is the base of the recipe though. 🙂  If you are looking for a soup recipe for your bread bowl try this yummy broccoli and cheese, it’s delicious!!

Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour
3 cups Fage nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon baking powder
seasonings of choice (I would use garlic)
2 eggs for eggwash

Knead the dough. Shape into the size you prefer (3 points for 3 ounces of dough), on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

A DELICIOUS bread bowl!!

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 cups Fage nonfat Greek yogurt

Knead the dough. Shape into the size you prefer (3 points for 3 ounces of dough), on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Egg wash the bread bowls, top with garlic powder or everything but the bagel seasoning.

Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour. Once the bread starts to brown, use a toothpick to see if the inside is done.
