Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp minced garlic or to taste
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- ¼ cup celery chopped
- ¼ cup carrot chopped
- 1 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth or reduced-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup diced tomatoes with seasonings
- Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until lightly browned.
- Add vegetables and sauté until tender.
