Ingredients
- 6 Wonton skins
- 1 oz ground meat
- Lawry’s garlic powder w/ parsley
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp scallions (green onions), thinly sliced
Instructions
- Season raw ground meat with garlic powder. Add other seasoning as desired, such as salt. Mix to combine.
- Divide meat into 6 equal portions.
- Place meat in center of wonton skin. Fold each corner toward center.
- Carefully drop wontons into boiling chicken broth. Cook at low boil for about 5 minutes.
- Pour into bowl. Top with about 1 tablespoon of scallions.
