0 POINT LEMON CHEESECAKE

*I take out the lemon extract and just use all lemon juice which makes it 0 points per slice

3 eggs

3 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 small box of instant sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix

2-3 tbsp lemon juice

3tbsp sugar substitute (better use truvia)

Directions In a mixing bowl add eggs, lemon juice, sugar substitute and beat well. Add yogurt and dry pudding mix, mix well. Pour into lightly greased pie dish or spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let it cool on the counter. Then cover with plastic wrap and let it cool overnight for best flavor/texture.
