2 Ingredient Dough Pita Chips (10 Chips = 1 Weight Watchers Freestyle Point)

I love snacks. I would sit around and snack all day if I could. Thank goodness I have a little bit of willpower — when I’m at the grocery store. I make sure not to buy cookies and chips because if I did, I’d eat them. Simple as that. But now that I figured out how to make the absolute most delicious pita chips — and making them from 2 Ingredient Dough — yup … 2 Ingredient Dough Pita Chips are my new obsession.

What’s great about them is you can have 10 chips for only 1 Weight Watchers Freestyle Points. That’s amazing, and definitely a guilt-free snack.

2 Ingredient Dough Pita Chips

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Ingredient Dough
  • 1/8 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fancy shredded Parmesan cheese

What You’ll Do:

Pre-heat the oven to 350.

Make the 2 ingredient dough (with this recipe).

Cut the dough into quarters.
Roll one-quarter into a ball, then use a rolling pin, roll the dough on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Make sure the dough is about 1/8- to 1/4-inch thick.

Spread a very thin layer of olive oil on the dough.

Sprinkle the dough with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. The fancy shredded cheese is a lot better to use than ground Parmesan. Plus, with the fancy shredded cheese, a little goes a long way. And just that little bit spread over the whole thing won’t add too many calories and points. Be sure to break the cheese up into smaller pieces as you go.

A quick tip: After you’re done sprinkling your toppings, go back over the dough — gently — with the rolling pin. It’ll push your toppings into the dough and they won’t fall off during baking.
