This delicious, quick and easy broccoli salad is best made ahead and makes a great side for any summer get together!

Ingredietns

8 cups Uncooked broccoli, chopped (the smaller the better!!)

1⁄2 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped

1⁄2 cup Uncooked bell pepper

8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) Kroger Hickory ksmoke flavor real bacon bits

1⁄2 cup Kroger 50% Less sugar dried cranberries

1⁄4 cup Sunflower seeds

1⁄3 cup Dukes Light mayonnaise

2⁄3 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Whisk together cider vinegar, sweetener, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, peppers, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.

Pour in the prepared dressing and toss to blend.

Before serving refrigerate for at least one hour.

This tastes best when it is made a day ahead of time!
