So these were how my 3.5 syn diet coke cakes turned out. These were actually really nice and I may well do them again. Might see how well they freeze as 24 are a lot to make if you don’t have people to share them with! I’ll also try making them with an egg or two next time to see if they rise a bit more but I wanted to keep them vegan for a friend yesterday. I don’t normally do packet mixes, especially for baking, but these were just so quick and it’s really easy to figure out the syns.

- 244 1/3 ml Diet coca cola
Dairy
- 150 g Butter, Low Fat
- 194 1/3 ml Milk
