Ingredients

Peanut Butter & Co. Chocolate peanut powder

Flatout Thin Crust Flatbreads Rustic white

1 flatbread

banana(s)

1 medium, thinly sliced

mini chocolate chips

2 Tbsp

confectioners’ sugar

1 tsp, for garnish

WeightWatchers Creamy chocolate smoothie drink mix

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered chocolate-peanut butter, WW Smoothie mix, and water in a small bowl.
  2. Spread evenly across Flat Out leaving a ½” border at the edges.
  3. Layer banana slices lengthwise down the center of the pizza crust and sprinkle with mini chips.
  4. Roll pizza crust widthwise into a tight log. Use a serrated knife to cut into 12 pieces. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and enjoy.
