Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 1 box sugar-free yellow cake mix
  • 1 packet (1 oz) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine

For the Light Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons light butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a Bundt pan well with nonstick cooking spray.
