You’ll love our surprisingly simple hack for healthier eggnog. Light ice cream is softened quickly in the microwave, then whisked together with low-calorie unsweetened almond milk and ground nutmeg. That’s it! The ice cream lends body, sweetness, and richness to the nut milk, and the nutmeg creates that just-right holiday flavor. You can double or triple the recipe for a party; serve in a punch bowl, and set out whole nutmeg and a grater so guests can add more spice to their liking
