Ingredients:
- 12 Mini Phyllo Shells
- 6 Tbsp Fluff brand marshmallow creme
- 6 tsp PB2 (or equivalent peanut powder)
- Coconut Non Stick Spray
Directions: preheat oven to 350. spray 12 mini muffin cups with nonstick spray and place one Phyllo shell in each. Lightly spray 1/2 Tbsp measuring spoon with non stick spray to make Fluff slide out more easily. Add 1/2 Tbsp Fluff to each shell. Sprinkle each one with 1/2 tsp PB2 or other equivalent peanut powder.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until Fluff has almost doubled in size and just begins to brown at peak. Fluff will collapse after removed. Allow to cool and remove with a spoon. If you can leave them until the next day they are so brilliantly chewy!
