INGREDIENT NOTES & DETAILS
Large Flour Tortillas
Soft, fresh flour tortillas roll easily without cracking. Burrito-size tortillas create the prettiest pinwheel spirals. Whole wheat tortillas also work well for extra fiber.
Cream Cheese
Softened full-fat cream cheese creates the rich, creamy base that holds everything together. Reduced-fat cream cheese may be substituted if preferred.
Sour Cream
A small amount of sour cream lightens the filling and makes it extra smooth and spreadable.
Ranch Seasoning Mix
This simple seasoning adds herbs, garlic, onion, and tangy flavor without needing multiple spices.
Cheddar Cheese
Freshly shredded sharp cheddar brings rich flavor and a creamy bite. Pepper Jack can be used for extra heat.
Deli Ham
Thinly sliced ham layers beautifully inside the tortillas and provides savory flavor. This is one reason these sandwiches are perfect for dinner, lunch, or entertaining.
Turkey Breast
Lean turkey balances the richness of the cream cheese filling while adding plenty of protein.
