Ingredients

  • 15 mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried bread crumbs
  • 2 slices center cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the mushrooms. 
  3. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, light mayonnaise and chives. 
  4. Fill each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
