I made the three ingredient cottage cheese wrap and I love it! it tastes like an actual wrap and yet there is no flour! If you’re not sure what to do with it, consider these ideas:

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Blend in mini chopper until smoothish then poor on parchment paper that has been coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
