I call it a summer salad. And it is zero weight watchers points.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Fat free Feta cheese
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- A few sticks of celery
- 1 whole cucumber
- A can of drained garbanzo beans
- 1 cup of diced red onion
- A few jalapeños
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut up all your veggies add garbanzo beans and feta cheese.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the chickpeas, veggies , toss gently to combine.
