Weight Watcher summer salad

I call it a summer salad. And it is zero weight watchers points.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Fat free Feta cheese
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • A few sticks of celery
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • A can of drained garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup of diced red onion
  • A few jalapeños
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut up all your veggies add garbanzo beans and feta cheese.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the chickpeas, veggies , toss gently to combine.
