Just really to say thank you to whoever posted this idea for Anytime blueberry breakfast cake. it is four weight watchers points are scrumptious!

ingredients

1/2 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Waffle mix (4 points)
6 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (0 points) –
1/2 cup blueberries

instructions

mix 1/2 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Waffle mix (4 points) with 6 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (0 points) and whatever else you want to mix in – I’ve been doing blueberries.

Put it in the microwave for about one minute and 45 seconds and you have this delicious breakfast “cake” with 14 grams of protein for only 4 points.

I’d like to add other mix-ins as well such as banana and Lily’s chocolate chips. So good!p
