Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla blended Greek nonfat yogurt 3 Points
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 0 Points
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Points
- 1⁄2 cup uncooked old fashioned oats 4 Points
- 8 oz Truvia Sweetener Calorie-Free 0 Points
- 1 egg 0 Points
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened applesauce 0 Points
- 1 tsp baking powder 0 Points
- 1 pinch table salt
- 5 sprays cooking spray 0 points
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray pie dish with cooking spray
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth (about one minute).
- Pour into the prepared pie dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting the pie into nine slices.
