Weight Watchers Perfect Protein Brownies – 1 points

These perfect protein brownies are one weight watchers point each! Serves six large brownies.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1 medium ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces of Premier Protein Premier Protein 100% Whey Protein Powder with Energy Café Latte (about 2 scoops, and wow, this stuff tastes SO good)
- 1/4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mash bananas well until almost no lumps. Mix in remaining wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Combine well.
- May need to add additional greek yogurt if different protein powder used.
- Pour into 8×8 baking dish sprayed well with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
