Weight Watchers Perfect Protein Brownies – 1 points

These perfect protein brownies are one weight watchers point each! Serves six large brownies.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 medium ripe, mashed bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ounces of Premier Protein Premier Protein 100% Whey Protein Powder with Energy Café Latte (about 2 scoops, and wow, this stuff tastes SO good)
  • 1/4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas well until almost no lumps. Mix in remaining wet ingredients.
  2. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Combine well.
  3. May need to add additional greek yogurt if different protein powder used.
  4. Pour into 8×8 baking dish sprayed well with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
