4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Potsticker Supper

4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Potsticker Supper Recipe

Ingredients
1 (24-ounce) bag frozen chicken or vegetable potstickers, about 20–24 pieces, unthawed
3 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
1/4 cup lower-sugar teriyaki sauce with no artificial sweeteners, or low-sodium soy-ginger stir-fry sauce

Directions
Place the frozen chicken or vegetable potstickers in an even layer on the bottom of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. It is fine if they touch, but try not to stack them more than two layers deep so they cook evenly.
Pour the low-sodium broth over the potstickers, making sure most of them are at least partially submerged. Gently nudge them with a spoon if needed so the broth can circulate.
Sprinkle the frozen stir-fry vegetables evenly over the top of the potstickers. Do not thaw the vegetables first; they will release moisture and help create a flavorful cooking liquid.
Drizzle the teriyaki sauce or soy-ginger stir-fry sauce over the vegetables and potstickers. Do not stir, because leaving everything mostly undisturbed helps the potstickers hold their shape.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the potstickers are hot in the center and the vegetables are tender.
Once cooked, taste the broth and adjust only if needed. Gently lift the potstickers out with a slotted spoon to keep them intact, then spoon the vegetables and broth over the top for serving.
For serving, add sliced green onions, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, or a few red pepper flakes if desired, without mixing them into the main Ingredients list.
