• Three bananas mashed
  • 1 cup Sugar substitute

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Next, grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
  3. Mash bananas with a fork or potato masher in a large bowl.

  5. To whisk the remaining ingredients until well combined, use an electric mixer on medium speed.
  6. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Let cool on a baking rack.
