Carrot Cake Weight Watchers Muffins Ingredients:

1 box carrot cake mix
5.3 oz. container of vanilla 100 calorie Greek yogurt
1 cup water
How To Make Carrot Cake Weight Watchers Muffins:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

Combine the cake mix, yogurt, and water in a bowl. Stir until the batter is free of any lumps.

Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

Fill each cavity halfway.

Carrot Cake mini muffins on a wire rack.
Bake for about 14 minutes until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean.

Cool them completely on a wire rack before eating them. (I mean, you can eat them warm, but they’re better after they’ve cooled).
