Finally perfected these Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Muffins! Perfect moistness and flavor.  3 points for cupcake size. If you leave out chocolate, 2 pts.

Ingredients

  • Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Whole grain buttermilk protein packed flapjack and
  • waffle mix
  • 1 1/2 cup s dry mix
  • Egg
  • 2 item s (large)
  • Canned pumpkin puree
  • 7 1/2 oz Half regular can
  • Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda
  • 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Splenda Granulated no calorie
  • sweetener
  • 3/4 cup s
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup s
  • Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips
  • 30 chip s

Instructions

  2. Put in regular cupcake tray either with
  3. silicone cups or sprayed with flour nonstick spray. I used large 6-muffin tray
  4. Push 5 chips into each muffin and cover
