Chocolate chip pumpkin spice muffins
Finally perfected these Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Muffins! Perfect moistness and flavor. 3 points for cupcake size. If you leave out chocolate, 2 pts.
Ingredients
- Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Whole grain buttermilk protein packed flapjack and
- waffle mix
- 1 1/2 cup s dry mix
- Egg
- 2 item s (large)
- Canned pumpkin puree
- 7 1/2 oz Half regular can
- Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda
- 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp
- Splenda Granulated no calorie
- sweetener
- 3/4 cup s
- Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp
- Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup s
- Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips
- 30 chip s
Instructions
- 1 Mix all with mixer
- Put in regular cupcake tray either with
- silicone cups or sprayed with flour nonstick spray. I used large 6-muffin tray
- Push 5 chips into each muffin and cover
