Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars – 1 SmartPoints 

Recipe makes 9 protein bars
1 bar = 1 weight watchers smart points

Ingredients:
2 scoops lean chocolate protein powder
8 tbsp pb2 powdered peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp challenge light butter melted
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 tbsp truvia brown sugar blend

Instructions:

In a small bowl stir together protein powder, pb2, & baking powder.

In a medium sized bowl whisk together melted butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, egg beaters, & truvia.

Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Pour into an 8×8 pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

Let cool in a cooling rack.
