This is an awesome recipe. Makes four servings -each serving is four points and
a large portion more than 1/2 a cup whole wheat pasta per serving. (2 points for the pasta and 2 for the sauce)
The recipe is for the sauce only. I added 4 ounces of whole wheat pasta, you could add more pasta and get more servings.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 T cornstarch
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese Dried oregano to taste (I added about 1/2 t) Dried basil to taste (I omitted).
4 ounces of Cooked pasta of your choice
Put all ingredients except pasta in blender and blend till smooth
Cook pasta Al dente. I cut about 25% of time off boiling. The pasta simmers in sauce to finish and you want it to absorb some flavor from sauce
Pour mixture into sauce pan, cook over medium- heat until heated through and smooth. You can adjust seasoning if you wish.
Let sauce simmer 5 mins stirring occasionally. Add cooked pasta and let it soak several minutes.
