Can these be made in advanced and do they freeze well?

Yes, they freeze great. You can freeze them prior’s to baking- place flautas in a freezer bag and store in your freezer for up to 3 months.

These don’t need to be thawed prior to cooking. To bake frozen flautas-preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake for 18-20 minutes, until lightly golden and heated through.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes  or air fry at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
