What kind of beef should I use for the Beef and noodles dish?

You can use chuck roast, beef stew meat, or bottom round roast. There are some people who state that they prefer to have this dish with ground beef.

What should I serve with Beef and Noodles?

This dish is perfect to serve with roasted vegetables, a green salad, or even a fruit salad. I have also served this with biscuits.

Should I cook this on high heat or low heat?

You can cook this on high for 4 hours, you could cook it on low for 6 to 8 hours. Cooking on low will produce more tender meat.

Can I use other types of soup?

You could use a beefy mushroom soup or even add chili. This will give it a more flavorful dish.

How can I give this more flavor?

When you sear or brown the beef first, that will add flavor. You can also add a variety of seasonings to increase the flavor.

How can I thicken this dish?

You can cook the dish longer with no cover, to evaporate some liquid. You can also use a thickener such as corn starch and water slurry.
