Extra Cheesy Cottage Cheese Chips

Y’all we went crazy over these Extra Cheesy Cottage Cheese Chips! Just 3 ingredients and BOOM you’ve got a tasty High Protein Crunchy treat to satisfy that craving!! These crisps pair well with Spinach Dip too and they are one weight watchers points each! Points Per Crisp: If the recipe makes around 15 crisps (based on 1 tbsp scoops), each crisp is approximately 0.5 points. You could round this to 1 point per serving for simplicity. It’s going to vary based on which brands used and can be made with lower fat/calorie foods. I used what I had on hand for this recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated for best results
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning2. Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place tablespoons of cottage cheese 3 inches apart, top with a pinch of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on top then bake for 35 minutes (watch for last few minutes to make sure they crisp without burning and adjust time if needed).
  2. Pro tip: I use a mini 1 tbsp sized scoop to ensure equal size chips and next time I will space them 3 inches apart to keep them separated… it was a mess 🙄Allow to cool completely before serving.
  3. Total Recipe Points: makes 15 chips
  4. Cottage cheese: 4 points
  5. Cheddar cheese: 4 points
  6. Total: 8 points for the entire batch.
