Combination Fruit Cobbler

Two points per serving on all Weight Watchers Plans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, place your 9×13 casserole dish inside the oven until your batter is ready.
  2. 2 Cups of Fresh blueberries
  3. 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  4. 5-6 slices of frozen peaches – defrosted
  5. 8 frozen cherries cut in half -defrosted
  6. Total of 4 cups of fruit.
  7. Batter: In a medium bowl add & mix together:
  8. ½ cup of High Protein Waffle Pancake Mix, I used Kodiak Buttermilk
  9. ½ cup of Self-Rising Flour
  10. ¼ cup of Raw Sugar, I used Sugar in the Raw Turbinado
  11. 1/2 cup of Health Garden , you can use any granulated sweetener
  12. then add:
  13. 1 – 11oz. Bottle of a Vanilla Protein shake, I used Pure Protein https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D76TV5C
  14. but Premiere would work just the same. Mix until well combined.
  15. Remove your casserole dish from the oven (hot) and coat inside with a Light Butter Spray, I used I Can’t Believe it’s not Butter.
  16. Pour your batter into the buttered dish, then drop your fruit on top in any pattern you want.
  17. DO NOT MIX
  18. Bake 45-60 minutes, until golden brown.
