OAT BRAN MUFFINS (WEIGHT WATCHERS 3 POINTS)

INGREDIENTS

  • 34cups skim milk
  • 1cup brown sugar, unpacked
  • 12teaspoons baking powder
  • 12teaspoons baking soda
  • 2teaspoons ground cloves
  • 3teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 8ounces fat free egg substitute
  • 15ounces unsweetened applesauce
  • 3cups wheat flour, whole-grain
  • 1tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4ounces golden seedless raisins
  • 1teaspoon table salt
  • 16ounces oat bran, uncooked
  • 1ounce flax seed

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix cereal, sugar, & milk. Set aside.
  • Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs & applesauce. Stir into cereal mixture.
  • Spray muffin tins, no liners.
  • Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Knife around edges if necessary to remove
