Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cubed

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
