Peach season is in full bloom! Made these peach muffins today. Came out really good! These are 4 weight watchers points per muffin. recipe makes 12 muffins
Peach muffins
Ingredients
1 Sugar free pillsbury yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp of almond extract
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Large Peach…..diced (i left skin on)
Swerve granulated sugar
Ingredients
Sprinkled diced peach with a bit of Swerve granulated sugar. Put in bowl (saving some) with everything else.
Mix by hand until well combined.
Spray cupcake tin generously. Fill with batter. Add a few of the peach pieces to tops. Sprinkle with a little swerve.
350 degrees for 25 minutes
