  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Fat-free Reddi Wip (optional)


  1. In a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients (except the Reddi Wip).
  2. Add 2 tablespoons fat-free Reddi Wip (optional).
