Weight Watchers Cranberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White self-rising flour
  • 4 Tbsp light butter spread (I use Brummel & Brown Spread)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1⁄2 cup Great Value Light vanilla flavor Greek nonfat yogurt
  • 3⁄4 cup Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie-free sweetener
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1⁄2 cup golden seedless raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour and butter spread.
  2. Mix in eggs, yogurt, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla, until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in cranberries and raisins.
  4. Pour into prepared bread pan and bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
