Ingredients
- 2 cups White self-rising flour
- 4 Tbsp light butter spread (I use Brummel & Brown Spread)
- 2 large Eggs
- 1⁄2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup Great Value Light vanilla flavor Greek nonfat yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie-free sweetener
- 1 tsp Orange zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup golden seedless raisins
Instructions
- Mix together flour and butter spread.
- Mix in eggs, yogurt, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla, until well incorporated.
- Fold in cranberries and raisins.
- Pour into prepared bread pan and bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
