Weight Watchers Easy Spinach Burrito – 1 point

I thought I’d share This easy spinach egg white burrito. It is my favorite one point breakfast. Honestly it is so filling and healthy and just 1 weight watchers point for the whole recipe!

Ingredients

  • La Banderita Carb Counter Soft Taco Flour tortilla
  • 1 tortilla s
  • Spinach
  • 1 cup s
  • Kirkland Signature
  • 100 % Liquid Egg Whites
  • 8 Tbsp
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Start with egg whites in a nonstick pan (I spritz it with cooking spray ), add spinach (I like to keep fresh spinach in the freezer), add seasoning, when the egg is set I put a zero carb tortilla on it, flip it over, warm the tortilla for about 30 seconds, then roll it up.
