Ingredients
- 1 cup Fage fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 cup sugar-free apple pie filling
- Sugar-free maple syrup Mrs. Butterworth’s is highly recommended
- A dollop of fat-free Reddi-wip
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of fat-free plain Greek yogurt with 1/8 cup of quick-cooking oats.
- Add 1/3 cup of sugar-free apple pie filling on top.
- Drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup to your liking (Mrs. Butterworth’s is great for this).
- Top it off with a dollop of fat-free Reddi-wip.
