Weight Watchers Vegetable tortilla pizza

This Vegetable tortilla pizza recipe is the quintessential way to make individual pizzas that take just minutes to prepare thanks to easy low carb tortillas. And it is just three weight watchers points for the whole pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 Low carb tortilla,
  • Aldi olive oil spray
  • Aldis pizza sauce (about a tbsp),
  • some italian seasoning,
  • powdered fennel (i like it)
  • fresh sliced mushrooms,
  • spinach,
  • sliced tomato (removed the seeds)
  • sliced red pepper
  • 1 ounce of low fat mozzarella cheese shredded.

Instructions

  1. I take a LC tortilla, sprayed w Aldi olive oil, and i topped with some Aldis pizza sauce (about a tbsp), added some italian seasoning, and bit of powdered fennel (i like it)
  2. and then topped with fresh sliced mushrooms, spinach, sliced tomato (removed the seeds) and sliced red pepper and 1 ounce of low fat mozzarella cheese shredded.
  3. preheat oven bf putting in and cook until bottom is crunchy i cook in my toaster oven and last 4 min i put on air fryer so it gets crunchy. so good!
