Points Breakdown: 0 Points You can add any of the vegetables (or foods) from the Zero Point Food List into your soup and keep it a zero point soup. This doesn’t mean you should eat bowls and bowls (and bowls… guilty) of it, but don’t feel guilty if you go back for seconds.
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- Garlic pepper, any seasonings you like
- 1 head of broccoli and/or cauliflower
- 1 carrot coined
- 1 zucchini coined
- 1 squash coined
- 1 can corn drained
- Optional: any other veggies you’d like tomatoes give it a nice flavor!
- Combine ingredients on stove or in slow cooker and cook until vegetables are to the tenderness you prefer. I boiled mine on the stove and it cooked in under 30 minutes, but I’ve also cooked it in the slow cooker low and slow for about 2 hours.
