Weight Watchers Chocolate Protein Mousse

This recipe for chocolate protein mousse is like eating Ice cream without guilt. It makes six servings and each is three weight watchers points!

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate protein shake preferred
  • 2 ounces instant chocolate puddingsugar free
  • 8 ounces cool whip sugar free
  • 2 tbs PB fit peanut butter powder
  • Optional lilys chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix protein shake with pudding mix and peanut butter powder, add the cool whip and and divide the final mixture into six glass cups. Refrigerate or freeze for a few hours-you can add a few chocolate chips to the top of each one
