Ingredients

  • 16 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ to 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix to taste
  • ¼ to ½ tbsp taco seasoning make sure to choose a mix that has 0 grams of sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all three ingredients until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to mingle.
  3. Stir before serving.
  4. Serve with your favorite 0 Point vegetables for dipping.
