Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Run until it is all combined and liquefied.
For the salad:
- I used lettuce, oven baked boneless, skinless chicken breast (seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper), cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion and orange peppers. This is 0 points for BLUE and PURPLE.
- For green: I would limit the corn to 1/4 cup. The salad plus one serving of dressing is 6 points.
