Start the day the right way with filling oats and yummy tangy berries.

Ingredients

Porridge oats -40 g

0% fat natural Greek yogurt -200 g

Raspberries- 200 g, or any fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Layer the oats, yogurt and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the remaining berries and tuck in.
