Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus (I used Sabra plain hummus)
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce (see below)
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 5 oz. cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
For the tzatziki sauce:
- 1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cucumber, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Spread the hummus evenly on the bottom of a 9″ pie pan or square baking pan.
- Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly on the hummus. (To make the tzatziki sauce simply stir the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper together in a bowl.)
- Add the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and black olives. Optional: sprinkle a little more dill on top of the dip.
