- 480 ml / 2 cups 1% low-fat milk, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 g / about 1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 slices light American/processed cheese, torn into pieces
- 3 tbsp fresh chives, chopped, plus extra for serving
Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until lightly crispy. Remove excess grease if necessary.
