Yield: 8 servings (3 points per serving for blue, green and purple)
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Bisquick Heart Smart
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons granulated Splenda
- 1 pint strawberries
- Fat free Reddi Wip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Add the Bisquick Heart Smart, skim milk, unsweetened applesauce and Splenda to a mixing bowl. Mix together.
- Add 8 spoonfuls of dough to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting in half.
- While that is baking, chop up the strawberries.
- To assemble, add some whipped cream to the bottom of the shortcake, then add chopped strawberries, followed by more whipped cream. Next add the top of the shortcake. Enjoy
