Strawberry Shortcake – WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

Yield: 8 servings (3 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Bisquick Heart Smart
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated Splenda
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • Fat free Reddi Wip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Add the Bisquick Heart Smart, skim milk, unsweetened applesauce and Splenda to a mixing bowl. Mix together.
  3. Add 8 spoonfuls of dough to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting in half.
  4. While that is baking, chop up the strawberries.
  5. To assemble, add some whipped cream to the bottom of the shortcake, then add chopped strawberries, followed by more whipped cream. Next add the top of the shortcake. Enjoy
